The location here is fantastic, it's a quick walk to all the places we wanted to visit, and Broadbeach neighborhood is definitely worth exploring.

Everything was first-class, so were pleasant views of the beach. The location was stunning blocks from the beach. There were restaurants, restaurants and bars next door...

The hotel was a lovely base for enjoying a great area, really close to beach and other facilities, so many coffee shops and restaurants and Close to cafes. Good and positive staff, provided information if needed. Awesome and brilliant location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

This hotel has a beautiful location and the staff members are very attentive. Excellent and stunning location; attentive staff.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, a walk in closet and a new carpet...

the rooms - modern, neat with balcony and great views, as example. great service throughout stay. very helpful and excellent staff, a laundry room, wake up service, and ironing free of charge.

We stayed in the premier apartment that featured stunning views and comfortable single beds. It was equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator. the hotel’s central location made it convenient to access everything in Broadbeach.

But very dissapointed when we requested extra towels and were advised that we had to pay extra.Also the towel rolls were not replaced when room cleaned and again when we requested extra was advised we would have to pay. When you pay the amount we paid for the apartment one would think that this should all be included.

Convenience of location, close to shops, convention centre and public transport. Apartment was quite spacious, comfortable and with a view. Main bedroom had own tv and quite roomy. Lounge room & dining room lovely especially for families who might be traveling together and are happy to do some cooking.

Office staff not all friendly, occasional messages miscommunicated but overall fine.

The apartment was spacious and beautifully located, offering stunning views and great facilities, like the pool and gym. the lack of Wi-Fi on our first night was frustrating, and dealing with the staff about extra cleaning charges was disappointing. I enjoyed the stay but felt let down by service.

Although alittle tired due to the age of the hotelo, I thought the rooms and facilities were very good. Close to restaurants and beaches. I would stay there again

The Bella Masion is a very clean and lovely place to stay. Our room was very large and lovely and clean and very close to the beach and shops, the staff where very good. I will be booking this apartment next time we come to Quuensland loved it. Carolyn

We didn't have enough time to enjoy everything, but we can't wait to return! the hotel was peaceful, and we loved the sea view from our renovated room. 🌊.

The facilities and maintenance of the building and services was excellent. Better than some 5-6 star hotels.

We booked a Executive Two-Bedroom Apartment with Ocean View which wasnt actually what we got. The Views of the ocean where only if you where on the verandah looking out to the right otherwise you could see the ocean in between buildings from the windows of the Apartment. This was very disappointing and deceptive in the advertising as the room should of been classified as garden view as it was directly above the swimming pool and beautifully manicured gardens. The other issue of concern was the negative reception from the personnel on reception because we had booked through Booked.net. Not pleasant

Very nice view of the city and the beach. Apartment was clean and adequately equipped. The boys loved the pool and the spa after spending several hours at the beach.
